Job Requirements
- active DoD Secret Clearance
- ability to work with multiple Windows Server versions including 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022
- experience with Windows Subsystem for Linux
- familiarity with Workspace ONE Access and WSUS
- strong hardware and software administration skills
- capability to maintain secure systems on a 24/7 basis
- knowledge of implementing vProxy, DD Boost, NDMP, REST APIs, S3-compatible object storage
- experience integrating with VMware vCenter and vSphere
- expertise in application-aware backup agents for SQL Server
- skills in data analytics, including predictive and statistical modeling
- experience building AI tools and machine learning models
- strong coordination skills with IT service providers
Job Qualifications
- master’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience
- bachelor’s degree with 14 years of relevant experience
- associate degree with 16 years of relevant experience
- high school diploma with 20 years of relevant experience
- Security Plus certified
- qualified at Information Assurance Technical Workforce Requirement Level II as defined in DoD 8570.01-M, Table C3
Job Duties
- work with Windows Server versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022
- administer Windows Subsystem for Linux
- manage Winsight and Workspace ONE Access (Identity Manager)
- operate WSUS (Windows Server Update Services)
- provide hardware and software administration for server and network infrastructure
- maintain highly secure and available systems on a 24/7 basis
- implement and maintain services and protocols including vProxy, DD Boost, NDMP, REST APIs, and S3-compatible object storage
- integrate with VMware vCenter and vSphere environments
- work with application-aware backup agents for platforms such as SQL Server
- conduct data analytics including data engineering, mining, exploratory, predictive, and statistical analyses
- develop AI tools and ML-based processes such as recommendation engines and automated lead scoring
- assist in developing and maintaining a web site accessible to IC members and Army branches
- create software configuration documentation, user manuals, and provide consultation to branch chiefs and senior analysts
- coordinate with internal and external IT service providers to maintain and improve sites
