Job Requirements
- Five years of prior serving experience in senior dining
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- Five years of prior serving experience in senior dining
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Experience in guest service and complaint resolution
- Ability to promote a clean and safe dining environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Serve as the main communication point for work-related requests to unit management
- Train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture and operations
- Demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and resolve guest complaints or issues
- Assist in the selection and orientation of employees
- Oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
- Perform other assigned duties
