Currently, Morrison Living is hiring for a full-time Server Lead position at the Leisure Manor location in Sacramento, California. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless dining services and maintaining the high hospitality standards Morrison Living is known for. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $20.50 per hour, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. The Server Lead will serve as the main communication link between the serving staff and unit management, ensuring that all work-related requests are efficiently managed and addressed.

In this leadership role, the Server Lead will be responsible for training and acclimating new associates to both Morrison Living’s and the client’s culture and operational protocols. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and ingredients to effectively answer questions and enhance the guest dining experience. The Server Lead will need to promptly handle guest complaints or issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting a clean and safe environment. This position also involves assisting with the selection, orientation, and ongoing training of new employees within their area of responsibility, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable team.
