The property boasts three diverse food and beverage outlets, including The Landing Kitchen and Bar, creating a vibrant culinary scene for guests and visitors alike. Additionally, the hotel encompasses 23,000 square feet of meeting space, making it an ideal destination for conferences, events, and gatherings of various sizes.

The role of a Server at The Landing Kitchen and Bar within Hilton Arlington National Landing is crafted for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic hotel environment. Knowledge of the menu and ongoing restaurant promotions is key to helping guests make informed choices, while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations concerning alcoholic beverage service is mandatory. The job also involves maintaining the serving station’s cleanliness and stock levels to provide uninterrupted service during shifts.

Working at Hilton means belonging to a global hospitality leader recognized for its innovation, quality, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences dating back to its founding in 1919. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment where team members can thrive both personally and professionally. Hilton offers numerous benefits, such as the Go Hilton travel program with discounted travel nights, access to pay via DailyPay, an employee stock purchase program, substantial maternity and parental leave, comprehensive health coverage, mental health resources, flexible schedules, generous paid time off, and a 401K retirement plan with company match. These benefits highlight Hilton’s dedication to supporting its team members’ well-being and growth.

As a Hilton team member, you will embody our core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and immediacy in action.
