Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to pass pre-employment post offer background check
- must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- requires at least 1 year of closely related experience
- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- can communicate effectively in English
- legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
- basic computer and math skills
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- professional and positive disposition
- requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- requires the ability to lift and or move up to 40 pounds
- requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- greet customers and take food order
- provide information about products and look for opportunities to up-sell products
- take orders and serve drinks and food to customers
- nurture customers to provide exceptional guest experience
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal with intoxicated guests
- follow all OHM customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
- make menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked station
- check customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- adhere to all opening and closing side work and cleaning schedules
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
