This role is for a server position within one of OHM's airport restaurant locations. This is a full-service server role, not simply an order-taking position, meaning the individual will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. The server will greet customers, take food and drink orders, offer recommendations based on guest preferences, and serve meals and beverages with professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. Job Duties

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
  • greet customers and take food order
  • provide information about products and look for opportunities to up-sell products
  • take orders and serve drinks and food to customers
  • nurture customers to provide exceptional guest experience
  • follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal with intoxicated guests
  • follow all OHM customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
  • make menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked station
  • check customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
  • adhere to all opening and closing side work and cleaning schedules
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
