We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in the role of Restaurant Server. This full-time position is based at our luxurious downtown Los Angeles location and offers an opportunity to be part of a brand that sets the standard in luxury hospitality worldwide. The role involves welcoming guests with warmth and friendliness, recommending food and drink pairings, and maintaining impeccable service standards that uphold the esteemed InterContinental reputation.

As a Restaurant Server, you will be instrumental in crafting outstanding dining experiences by tailoring every interaction to meet the unique preferences of each guest. You will take pride in the presentation and delivery of meals, ensuring every dish is both a feast for the eyes and a delight for the palate. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to maintaining operational efficiency by managing supplies, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations, and supporting the team in kitchen duties and cleanliness.

The position requires someone who is not only physically capable, with the ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs, but also articulate, able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike. Flexibility is essential as you will be expected to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compliance with legal standards for food handling, serving alcohol, and workplace safety is mandatory.
