We are currently seeking a full-time Server who has at least two years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment. The role requires availability on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, which are among the restaurant's busiest days. As a server at Row 34, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service. You will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including detailed knowledge of our selection of oysters and craft beers, in order to make tailored recommendations that elevate the customer’s visit. Job Requirements
- At least two years of server experience in a busy restaurant setting
- availability to work full-time including mandatory Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- familiarity with seafood and craft beer is a plus
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
