Job Duties
- Assemble entree, beverage, condiments, glassware, silverware on cart to minimize spilling and shifting
- perform all side work duties as assigned on daily side work form
- carry orders on trays, push carts or drive EZ-Go carts in order to deliver food quickly
- prepare and deliver amenities daily
- deliver ice to guest rooms upon request
- set-up and clean-up after hospitality functions and bars in guest rooms as needed
- assist guest with pouring coffee and uncorking wine
- pick-up dirty dishes from the guest room
- remove dirty dishes from tray and bus used items in kitchen
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- know the location of all rooms and town houses, as well as the best route for deliveries
- report any problems to management, to ensure guest satisfaction and the protection of company property
- answer telephone and record food and beverage orders
- knows models and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards)
- comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures
