- Minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality or casual dining
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend or climb

Job Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
Job Duties
- Stay current on all menu items, daily features, and any updates
- Present menus, make thoughtful suggestions, assist with drink selections, and describe preparation methods
- Maintain a polished dining experience-serving courses, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs
- Confidently open and pour wine tableside
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas
- Support team efforts during special events and high-volume shifts
- Greet every guest warmly and sincerely
- Communicate menu items, ingredients, and allergy information effectively
- Commit to the highest standards of guest service and food safety
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
