The Food Server role at Hilton San Diego Bayfront, specifically at Hudson & Nash, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This position is a full-time role that requires a flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of our guests.

As a Food Server, your primary responsibility is to enhance the dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service that creates lasting impressions. You will be responsible for mastering a comprehensive menu, including detailed knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food accompaniments and preparation techniques. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays without restrictions
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in server and customer service roles in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • strong familiarity with food and beverage offerings and service standards
