We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. This is an immediate opening offering hourly pay plus tips, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Servers at The Old Spaghetti Factory play a vital role in ensuring each guest has an exceptional dining experience. They are responsible for interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner, offering knowledgeable recommendations about the menu, and delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.

In this role, Servers must attentively respond to guests' needs, paying close attention to dietary restrictions and allergies, which makes their recommendations both safe and enjoyable. The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude is crucial for success. Serving at The Old Spaghetti Factory goes beyond simply taking orders and delivering meals -- it requires genuine hospitality, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to an inviting dining atmosphere.

The position demands physical stamina as Servers are required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift or carry items up to 35 pounds throughout their shifts. Basic math skills are necessary for processing payment transactions within our POS system accurately. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide paid training to help new team members acclimate and thrive.
