Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 40lbs and perform physical tasks required of the role
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude

- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand, walk and carry trays throughout shift
Job Duties
- Provide menu recommendations including ingredients and preparation methods to guests
- Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently ensuring accuracy, presentation and timing
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
- Provide attentive and personalized service anticipating guests' needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive working environment
