Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 40lbs and perform physical tasks required of the role

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies

  • Ability to lift 40lbs and stand, walk and carry trays throughout shift

Job Duties

  • Provide menu recommendations including ingredients and preparation methods to guests
  • Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently ensuring accuracy, presentation and timing
  • Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
  • Provide attentive and personalized service anticipating guests' needs
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive working environment
