As a Server, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, responsible for providing guests with attentive, friendly, and efficient service that upholds Delaware North’s high standards. This job involves greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and ensuring the timely delivery of items while attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience. Responsible alcohol service and adherence to all service policies are key components of this role. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth and seamless operations. This part-time position is especially suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and who possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. The hourly wage starts at $3.50 excluding tipped earnings, reflecting the tipped nature of the server position.
