Job Duties
- Deliver attentive, professional service at VIP and high-end events, including plated meals, receptions, and premium suites
- Maintain a polished presence while anticipating guest needs
- Follow formal service standards, including tray service, table service, and proper guest etiquette
- Coordinate with bartenders, runners, and event leadership to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events
