The Server position at Cooper's Hawk represents a critical role in delivering their brand promise of exceptional hospitality and an outstanding guest experience. The primary responsibility of a Server is to ensure guests enjoy a positive and memorable dining experience through efficient, friendly, and team-oriented service. Servers collaborate closely with bartenders, hosts, and food runners to maintain smooth and seamless service. They are also responsible for handling orders using the MICROS POS system, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting other team roles like hosts and service assistants when necessary. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with hospitality
- engage and answer questions about food, wine, and facilities in a friendly, helpful manner
- maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, drink, wine menus and steps of service
- actively educate guests on the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club and its offerings and rewards and invite them to participate in the Club with the goal of expanding membership
- actively communicate with bartenders, hosts and food runners to ensure delivering a memorable guest experience
- maintain awareness of and support Host and Service Assistant positions when needed
- pick up and deliver food orders to the table in a timely manner
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly consistent with company standards and legal guidelines
- maintain awareness and knowledge of Tasting Room functions and retail products
- maintain a safe, sanitary, organized and stocked work area
- handle cash and utilize MICROS system according to company standards
- follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures for opening, mid-shift, and closing
- perform other duties as assigned
