As a Server at Crawfish Cafe, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. In this role, servers are the face of the restaurant, greeting and seating guests in a timely and professional manner, familiarizing them with the menu, and providing expert recommendations when requested. You will be responsible for accurately taking and entering food and drink orders into the ordering system, ensuring each order is executed correctly and delivered promptly. Maintaining cleanliness by properly clearing and resetting tables is also an essential part of the daily duties to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

The ideal candidate for this role is confident, outgoing, and possesses excellent customer service skills necessary to exceed guest expectations. The ability to stay efficient and positive in a high-energy environment is crucial. Servers will also assist in training new team members, contributing to a supportive and well-trained staff. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves periods of standing, bending, stooping, and lifting moderate weights for at least four hours. Additionally, candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a valid food service certificate, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
