The Server role at Condado Tacos is pivotal in delivering the brand’s promise of Maniacal Hospitality by providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests throughout their dining experience. Servers not only take orders and serve food but also communicate menu details effectively, observe all food safety procedures including allergy notations, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace by adhering to side-work checklists and restaurant duties. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, continuously using hand and wrist motions, and occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 25 pounds. The Server position offers competitive pay between 25 and 28 dollars per hour including tips. Working hours are primarily nights and weekends, requiring availability that fits a lively restaurant environment.
