Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale restaurant
  • Food handler certificate
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and strong attention to detail

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a server in a full-service, upscale/polished restaurant

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options
  • Guide guests through the menu and experience and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering them to guests
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment
