This full-time position offers competitive hourly compensation at $16.50 plus tips, with a comprehensive benefits package available to eligible employees. As a Server, you will be the frontline representative of the Castaway experience, responsible for welcoming guests warmly, offering detailed menu and beverage explanations, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and the kitchen and bar staff. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant
- fine dining experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- provide detailed descriptions of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options
- guide guests through their dining experience, accurately relaying food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner
- promptly deliver the restaurant's food and beverage trays to guests
- serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring adherence to established service standards
- anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, addressing any requests or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- ensure the accuracy and completeness of all orders before delivery to guests
- process cash and credit card transactions with precision and efficiency
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed
- collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
