We are currently hiring servers to join our dynamic front-of-house team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun and fast-paced environment. As a server at First Watch, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking and delivering orders accurately, and ensuring our guests feel welcomed and appreciated throughout their visit. You will collaborate closely with your fellow team members, maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere to enhance the overall dining experience. With no night shifts, employees enjoy the benefit of a regular daytime schedule, promoting work-life balance.

In addition to competitive pay starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips, eligible employees who work an average of 30 hours per week after one year of service qualify for an excellent benefits package.
