Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living is a beautiful 94-acre continuing care retirement community located in Short Pump, Virginia, just minutes from downtown Richmond. Joining Avery Point as a part-time server means becoming an essential part of our restaurant team, the heart of our dining services, where exceptional customer service and hospitality are top priorities. The position offers flexibility to accommodate school schedules, making it ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time employment with shift options that start at 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm and finish by 8:30pm or 9pm. With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13 to $15, based on experience and position, this role does not require previous experience as training is provided to help you succeed. Servers at Avery Point are responsible for delivering outstanding dining experiences by taking and accurately recording food and beverage orders, providing recommendations on menu items and daily specials, and ensuring that every meal is memorable for residents and guests alike.
