- strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly disposition
- attend to guest needs in a professional and courteous manner
- memorize and write food and drink orders accurately
- efficiently operate the point-of-sale system
- maintain knowledge of menu and bar items to respond to guests
- prepare and serve beverages according to standards
- bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
