- Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Understand completely and articulate the details of all food and beverage menus
- Make appropriate recommendations and take guests' orders
- Read the table and determine the correct approach
- Anticipate what the guests want and do not want
- Promote and support the restaurants' overall philosophy
- Communicate with floor managers
- Monitor food delivery and beverage service
- Perform all technical service functions during the course of a service
- Stay up to date on any menu changes during service
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
- Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
