The Server position at Brew Brothers, part of Caesars Entertainment in Kansas City, MO, offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities. The role typically starts at $7.50 per hour plus tips and requires working variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. It involves interacting directly with patrons to provide excellent food and beverage service by recommending menu items, taking and delivering orders, ensuring dining ambiance, and maintaining cleanliness. Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
arrives on time in clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with positive, ready-to-learn attitude

works flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
prepares room for dining by setting up tables including condiments, napkins, utensils, menus
adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu, suggesting courses, explaining chef's specialties, identifying appropriate alcohol pairings, answering questions
transmits orders to bar and kitchen noting special dietary needs and requests
keeps kitchen staff informed by noting meal timing
serves orders by delivering patrons' choices and accompaniments
responds to additional patron requirements and observes dining process
maintains table settings and replenishes utensils and drinks
concludes dining by thanking guests and inviting them back
totals charges, issues bills, accepts payment, returns change or credit card and slips
