The Server position at The Fountains, a community under Kisco Senior Living, plays a vital role in delivering exemplary customer service and hospitality to residents and guests. This role involves serving food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly approach that enhances the dining experience within the community. The position requires availability for both shifts—from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 10:45 AM to 7:30 PM—including weekend hours. The pay range for this role is competitive, offering $15.50 to $16 per hour, along with opportunities for bonuses and growth.

In this role, servers are responsible for performing all dining service steps, greeting and escorting residents to dining venues, assisting with menu choices, and maintaining cleanliness and proper table settings throughout the dining areas. Candidates should bring a passion for excellence and a strong moral compass, as these qualities are important to maintain the high standards of service Kisco Senior Living expects. Prior dining experience of six months to one year is preferred alongside a high school diploma, reflecting the importance of familiarity with food service as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
