The resort is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Server to join the Bourbon Steak Team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional dining experiences, where the server not only provides food and beverage service but also embodies the warmth and spirit of hospitality. The Server at Bourbon Steak plays a key role in ensuring guests leave with memorable moments from their meal. Each day involves engaging guests with a friendly and upbeat attitude, mastering the menu knowledge to confidently answer guests’ questions about dishes, promotions, and specials, and handling orders efficiently via the point-of-sale system to ensure prompt service. The Server is also responsible for maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized food service station while adhering strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
