The role of Server at Eurest, located at the Delta One Lounge in Seatac, WA, offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $25.67 per hour. This position is focused on delivering prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service in a fine dining lounge environment. The role requires open availability with a preference for weekend work and embodies the values of exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork. Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and work well with others
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay information to supervisor
- ensure dining room setup before and after service periods while maintaining sanitation standards
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with staff across departments during special events and functions
