The role of the Server in our senior living community is vital to the smooth operation of meal services and to the happiness of our residents. The Server is the frontline ambassador during mealtimes, responsible for taking accurate meal orders while considering dietary restrictions and preferences, serving meals promptly and courteously, and providing refills or assistance whenever needed. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with the culinary team to coordinate meal service efficiently. Our Server also provides friendly and attentive service that significantly enhances the dining experience, helping residents feel comfortable and valued.
In this role, the Server will be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and portion sizes to answer any resident questions accurately and assist with special events or other dining activities as needed. This is a non-supervisory position, ideal for individuals who have prior experience in similar food service environments and possess strong interpersonal skills. The Server must strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure the health and safety of our residents.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Take meal orders accurately while considering their dietary restrictions and preferences
