The Server position at Brookdale plays a critical role in enhancing the dining experience for senior residents and guests. Servers act as the welcoming face of the dining services, responsible for taking and delivering food orders promptly according to company standards, ensuring that every resident is satisfied with their meal. The role requires effective collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and orderly dining environment that supports residents' comfort and well-being. Employees will assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, removing dishes, managing trash disposal, and restocking inventory as needed. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards, and ensure everyone is happy with their meal
  • Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash and restock inventory as needed
  • Perform side work duties as assigned
