Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- prior serving or waitstaff experience preferred
- capable of standing and walking for long periods
- background check and drug screen clearance
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus
- strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- flexible, compassionate, and dependable
- good communication skills with both coworkers and residents
- care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience
- experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus
Job Duties
- Take care of residents’ meal requests during mealtimes
- set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward
- keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents
- make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available
- pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents
