As a Server at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the dining experience for guests, acting as the dining room's Most Valuable Player (MVP). This position requires a dynamic, energetic individual proficient in multitasking, customer engagement, and adherence to impeccable service standards. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, accurately taking orders, and guiding them through menu selections with expert knowledge of ingredients, dietary considerations, daily specials, and alcohol service regulations. Your role extends beyond order-taking; it includes delivering food and beverages promptly and flawlessly, managing multiple tables with grace under pressure, and maintaining a clean, safe service environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, you will handle payment transactions confidently, adhering strictly to company protocols and security measures. Physical stamina is essential for this position, as you will spend most of your shift on your feet, lifting, bending, and moving consistently.
