Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out, including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests expertly
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining smooth service, cleanliness, and composure during busy periods
- Handle payment transactions precisely, closing checks confidently and following company and security protocols
- Maintain a spotless and safe service area by adhering to hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and physically capable throughout your shift, demonstrating stamina in lifting, bending, and moving consistently
