Fine-dining etiquette such as appropriate table service, course clearing, and guest engagement forms an integral part of the role. In addition to serving, this role also involves maintaining dining room tables and service stations, promptly resetting tables, clearing and bussing efficiently, and assisting with dishwashing or kitchen support when needed.
