This role is for a Guest Service Expert within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, offered as a full-time, non-management position. The position is pivotal in creating extraordinary guest experiences beyond simply serving food and beverages. Guest Service Experts are responsible for initiating a wide range of services to ensure that guests enjoy a unique and memorable experience. This involves interacting with guests, setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas. The role requires physical endurance as it involves standing, walking for extended periods, navigating uneven surfaces, and performing various physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects less than 50 pounds without assistance, reaching high places, bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping.
