The role of Server within the Culinary Team at Silver Birch of Mishawaka is pivotal in creating a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for residents. Servers are responsible for welcoming and seating residents and guests with a friendly attitude, taking and delivering accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely service. Additionally, this role includes maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, assisting with dishwashing as needed, and consistently providing outstanding customer service.
