The position available is a Full-Time Server within the Dining Services team. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding dining experiences to both residents and their guests. The server is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that each meal is delivered with a positive attitude and meets the high-quality standards Covenant Woods is known for. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately, and the flexibility to assist with cashier duties. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, making it ideal for candidates seeking consistent daytime hours.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience with POS systems in a restaurant or food service environment
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide prompt courteous service to residents and guests in dining venues taking orders and delivering meals with a positive attitude
- Operate the point-of-sale POS system accurately to enter orders and process payments
- Perform cashier duties including handling cash credit transactions and balancing the register
- Restock and maintain dining room and service stations such as silverware condiments beverages
- Assist in setting up dining areas bussing and resetting tables and ensuring a clean orderly environment
