Silver Birch of Mishawaka is currently seeking a Server to join its Culinary Team. This role is pivotal in crafting a warm, restaurant-style dining experience that enhances the daily lives of residents. Servers at Silver Birch play a crucial part in creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere by welcoming residents and guests with a friendly and positive attitude, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring that meals are served promptly and correctly. The position also involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area by clearing and resetting tables and assisting with dishwashing as needed. Beyond routine dining services, servers act as ambassadors of hospitality, helping to make every meal a special event for the residents.
