We are currently seeking energetic, warm, and hospitality-driven Server / Front of House Staff to join our dedicated team at Dolan's Uyghur Cuisine. As the face of our restaurant, you will represent not just the cuisine but the vibrant culture and traditions of the Uyghur people. This role is full of interaction, requiring a welcoming demeanor and a passion for hospitality. Our servers work as a cohesive unit, sharing responsibilities across the entire dining room to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.90 plus tips and includes both part-time and full-time opportunities. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, working collaboratively with other servers, accurately taking orders and processing transactions using Toast POS, guiding guests through the menu with enthusiasm and deep knowledge of Central Asian cuisine, and serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety.

Additional duties encompass maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service, participating in closing duties that contribute to comprehensive restaurant cleaning, and assisting with basic inventory management and restocking. We value teamwork and a friendly, outgoing attitude, as well as a strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Experience with Toast POS is preferred, but the ability to learn new systems quickly is highly valued. Multilingual candidates, especially those who speak Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz, are strongly encouraged to apply. This position requires availability to work on weekends and holidays and authorization to work in the United States.
