The role available is for Full-Time and Part-Time Servers who will join the front-of-house team to help create an unforgettable dining experience for every guest. As a server at Roosters, you will be the face of the restaurant, interacting directly with guests to provide friendly and professional service within a casual, full-service environment. Your responsibilities will include selling and serving food and drinks, managing multiple tables to keep the restaurant running smoothly, and embodying excellent service standards from greeting guests to processing orders and handling side duties. No prior experience is necessary because Roosters provides comprehensive, paid training through its Passport Program, which includes hands-on guidance from Certified Wingman Trainers.
