Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals under the supervision of a dietary manager
- take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses etc
- deliver dishes and trays to assigned times and places
- constantly pay attention to cleanliness and order
- order and monitor inventory on a daily basis
- discard leftovers and take out the garbage
- clean food stations and wash dishes
- set up tables in dining areas
- stock ingredients
- other duties as needed
