Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid TABC certification
- Food Handler certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or club service preferred
- Valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
- Certified Food Handler
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Wine knowledge or interest in wine education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Buss tables and perform side work to maintain cleanliness
- Use the POS system accurately for order entry and transactions
- Inform members of daily specials and menu options
- Ensure compliance with TABC and Food Handler certification requirements
- Stand and walk frequently during shifts
- Lift items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly
