The role of Server at Trilogy at Verde River Ranch involves delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage services to guests within the restaurant, bar, and patio areas. This is a part-time position paying $12.15 per hour plus gratuities, providing a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality to join a vibrant and guest-focused team. The server is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience by accurately taking and relaying food and beverage orders. Beyond taking orders and serving food and drinks following proper etiquette, servers at Trilogy at Verde River Ranch must continuously engage with guests throughout their visit to anticipate and fulfill their needs. The position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration under their guidance and that of the Lead Server. It also includes responsibilities like enforcing age verification for alcohol service, handling cash and card transactions correctly, and promptly reporting any safety concerns or guest issues to management. This job demands a high level of customer orientation and responsiveness, the ability to work under pressure while balancing priorities, and effective communication skills for interaction with guests and team members alike.
