The position available at Trilogy at The Polo Club is for a part-time Server who will play a vital role in delivering top-notch food and beverage service to guests across the restaurant, bar, and patio areas. The hourly pay rate is $16.90, reflective of the skill and dedication required to excel in this position. The Server will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring a seamless dining experience by coordinating with kitchen staff and bartenders. The Server’s responsibilities encompass a broad range of duties from greeting and engaging guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages, to maintaining proper service etiquette and facility procedures. Serving with energy and enthusiasm, the Server acts as a key ambassador to guests, providing knowledgeable answers regarding the menu and other resort services. The role requires attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, such as handling transactions accurately, verifying legal age for alcohol consumption, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining areas.

Benefits offered include eligibility for medical, dental and life insurance plans for full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week after 60 days of employment. Paid Time Off accrual and seven paid holidays annually are also available to full-time staff, while part-time workers accrue paid sick leave according to state guidelines. Additionally, after 30 days of service, all employees aged 21 and over can participate in the company 401(k) plan.
