Situated upon a gentle rise, the club provides spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains to the southwest and the Chocolate Mountains to the north. It caters to all guests and members with an inviting atmosphere focused on luxury and exceptional guest experiences. The club's feature restaurant, June Hill’s Table, along with the 2Palms Event Center, are open to the public and offer diverse dining reservations and private event bookings, making Trilogy at The Polo Club a signature destination for both dining and social engagements in the region.
The position available at Trilogy at The Polo Club is for a part-time Server who will play a vital role in delivering top-notch food and beverage service to guests across the restaurant, bar, and patio areas. This role is essential in fostering a welcoming, friendly, and hospitable environment that meets and exceeds guest expectations. The hourly pay rate is $16.90, reflective of the skill and dedication required to excel in this position. The Server will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring a seamless dining experience by coordinating with kitchen staff and bartenders. The Server’s responsibilities encompass a broad range of duties from greeting and engaging guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages, to maintaining proper service etiquette and facility procedures. Serving with energy and enthusiasm, the Server acts as a key ambassador to guests, providing knowledgeable answers regarding the menu and other resort services. The role requires attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, such as handling transactions accurately, verifying legal age for alcohol consumption, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining areas.
This role also demands a high level of customer orientation, responsiveness, and a commitment to BlueStar core values including honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Candidates must be capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing constructively to team dynamics. Flexibility in scheduling to cover evenings and weekends is required to meet the operational needs of the resort.
Benefits offered include eligibility for medical, dental and life insurance plans for full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week after 60 days of employment. Paid Time Off accrual and seven paid holidays annually are also available to full-time staff, while part-time workers accrue paid sick leave according to state guidelines. Additionally, after 30 days of service, all employees aged 21 and over can participate in the company 401(k) plan. Trilogy at The Polo Club values the well-being of its team members and strives to create a supportive work environment that encourages growth, positivity, and professional excellence. This position operates primarily indoors but may require working outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain, adding variety to the working environment.
In summary, this Server position at Trilogy at The Polo Club offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a distinguished club known for its spectacular setting, premium amenities, and commitment to outstanding guest service. It is suitable for individuals with a hospitable spirit who enjoy engaging with guests and contributing to a memorable dining experience in a vibrant and luxurious resort setting.
