Job Description
Trilogy Sunstone is a vibrant resort-style living community located in the picturesque northwest Las Vegas near the famous Red Rock Canyon and with quick access to the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Developed within the Sunstone Master Plan, Trilogy Sunstone offers a modern, amenity-rich Resort Club designed to foster a strong sense of community among its residents. The community features stylish, thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage neighbors to come together for outdoor activities, social events, and a variety of entertainment options. The setting combines the tranquility of its natural surroundings with the excitement and conveniences of nearby urban life, making it an attractive destination for both residents and visitors seeking a relaxing yet stimulating environment.
The Server role at Trilogy Sunstone is a full-time position that embodies the spirit of hospitality and excellent customer service. With a pay rate of $18.00 per hour plus tips, this role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment in a restaurant, bar, and patio setting. The Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service to guests, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position demands an energetic, friendly demeanor and an ability to connect with guests in a welcoming fashion.
In this role, the Server will be well-versed in the resort’s dining offerings and amenities, skillfully answering guest questions and enthusiastically promoting other resort services. Key parts of the job include taking orders accurately, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar, serving food and beverages with proper etiquette, and maintaining cleanliness by clearing tables promptly. The Server also plays a crucial role in ensuring guest safety by checking identification for alcohol purchases and following standard safety procedures.
Trilogy Sunstone is committed to fostering a positive work environment where teamwork and excellent communication are paramount. The Server is expected to work cohesively with colleagues, follow direction from leadership, and take initiative in reporting any concerns related to safety or customer satisfaction. Required to handle cash and card transactions accurately, the Server must also be attentive to details and comfortable operating in a lively, fast-paced setting.
The position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for the company’s medical, dental, and life insurance plans after 60 days of full-time employment, along with paid time off that accrues at a rate of 120 hours per year and seven paid holidays annually. Additionally, all team members aged 21 and older can participate in the company’s 401(k) plan after 30 days of service, further supporting the well-being and financial security of employees.
This role not only requires professional skills but also personal attributes such as high customer orientation, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and strong team-building capabilities. Trilogy Sunstone values integrity, respect for individuals, teamwork, and a competitive spirit, expecting team members to exemplify these core values in their everyday work. Those who thrive in this position will find a rewarding career path within a premier resort community that is dedicated to service excellence and employee satisfaction.
