The Server position at Lyric falls within the Food & Beverage Department, operating at the signature restaurant and bar areas, including outdoor patios. This is a full-time role offering a competitive pay rate of $12.14 per hour plus tips, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in customer-centric environments and delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server at Lyric at RidgeGate, you will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for greeting and serving guests in a warm and energetic manner. You will need to develop a strong knowledge of the resort facility and its dining offerings to provide guests with accurate information and enthusiastic recommendations. This role requires collaboration with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are relayed correctly and delivered promptly while adhering to established dining standards and service etiquette.

The position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Servers must be attentive to guest needs throughout the meal, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction. The work environment is primarily indoors but may extend outdoors on patios or event spaces, exposing employees to variable weather conditions and natural surroundings. Physical demands include standing, walking, carrying trays, and bending, requiring stamina and attention to detail to navigate a busy and lively atmosphere successfully.
