This community is part of the much-anticipated Trilogy master plan, a premier active adult lifestyle development. The Boise area, known for its beautiful landscapes and vibrant local culture, offers an ideal setting for this luxury resort living experience. Trilogy Valor is designed to cater to active adults seeking a dynamic and engaging lifestyle within a vibrant and supportive community. The centerpiece of this neighborhood will be a Resort Club that boasts numerous amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, an innovative culinary studio, a cozy coffeehouse, pickleball and bocce courts, and an outdoor event space perfect for various social gatherings and community events.
Trilogy Valor is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join its food and beverage team. This is an hourly position paying $10 per hour plus gratuities, offering a unique opportunity to work in a high-energy environment that encourages excellent hospitality and guest satisfaction. The Server position is vital in providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests in the restaurant, bar, and patio areas of the resort. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Server plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the upscale and friendly nature of Trilogy Valor.
The role requires a warm, energetic presence with a solid knowledge of the resort’s services and dining options to effectively communicate with guests and enhance their dining experience. Beyond just serving food and beverages, the Server is expected to maintain continuous engagement with guests, ensuring all needs are met with excellence. The position calls for the ability to accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar, adhere to service etiquette, and manage cash or card transactions with precision. Safety and responsible service of alcohol are also critical components of this job, requiring adherence to legal and company policies.
Working at Trilogy Valor means being part of a dedicated team that values integrity, respect, teamwork, and a competitive spirit. The company offers full-time team members who work 30 or more hours per week access to comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 60 days of employment. Additionally, full-time workers accrue Paid Time Off at a rate of 120 hours per year and enjoy seven paid holidays annually. Part-time employees are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state guidelines. All team members aged 21 and over can participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan after completing 30 days of service.
This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a positive attitude, and are motivated to deliver top-tier customer service. It offers a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends, making it versatile for various lifestyles. Trilogy Valor provides a safe and engaging work environment that embraces diversity and equal opportunity employment. Join Trilogy Valor and be a part of a vibrant community dedicated to delivering an exceptional resort living experience through excellent service and hospitality.
