Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
- pass all server tests as required
- have complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- serve multiple tables simultaneously as determined by management
- sell alcohol and food items responsibly
- use a computer system to ring orders on checks
- interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- accept different types of payments and make change
- maintain assigned side-work areas to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation
- clear and reset tables promptly
- verify guests' identification for legal alcohol consumption
- monitor guests' behavior when consuming alcoholic beverages and take appropriate actions if necessary
- treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and exceed expectations
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and good personal hygiene
- perform opening and closing duties efficiently and on time
- handle money accurately
- carry and deliver food and drinks to customers.
