The role of a Team Member at Dave & Buster's is an integral part of delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position requires an individual who excels at fast, friendly, and attentive service, capable of engaging with hundreds of guests daily. The Team Member is responsible for greeting guests warmly, accurately taking and entering food and drink orders using the Micros point of sale system, and ensuring timely delivery of orders with excellent presentation and garnishing. They must maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere, following strict sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures to uphold company standards and guest safety. Handling financial transactions accurately and managing personal cash banks to ensure smooth operation at the station is another key responsibility, alongside collaborating with teammates to support overall service flow and efficiency. Team Members are expected to be quick, efficient, and ready to assist other staff wherever necessary, embodying the company’s philosophy of "Full hands in, Full hands out" to maintain a seamless guest experience. Participation in sales incentives, contests, and brand promotion efforts are also part of the position, encouraging team engagement and company loyalty. Given the fast-paced, high-volume environment, individuals must be capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, adapt effortlessly to changing situations, and communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros point of sale system, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account for all monies at the end of each shift
- Must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Must be dressed in proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
