Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift moderate weight
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Job Duties
- Provide food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
- Ensure event spaces are visually appealing including linen and table setting
- Design and maintain food stations for events
- Provide beverage service during banquets
- Perform general banquet preparation
- Conduct room refreshes as needed
- Maintain a sanitary and clean banquet environment
