QSL Management currently seeks a Server to join the team at Washington Commons by Barclay House. This role is perfect for high school and college students, as well as anyone interested in flexible work hours and serving the senior community. The Server will play a critical role in ensuring that residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include guiding guests through menu selections with knowledge of all food and beverage options, maintaining high standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health in all dining areas, and taking accurate orders while coordinating with fellow team members to deliver prompt, world-class service.

The Server will also be responsible for setting and resetting tables according to company standards, assisting with meal preparation when needed, and helping to maintain stock levels for the bar, coffee shop, and front of house areas. Additionally, the role may involve supporting special events and activities as requested by management.
