The Server will conduct checklist inspections, maintain cleanliness, perform assigned side work, and ensure tables and dining setups align with community standards. An essential aspect of the job is monitoring resident dietary needs by reviewing confidential notes and logs while safeguarding residents' privacy. Rigorous food safety practices are expected, including routine cleaning tasks and maintaining healthy work environments. This position also involves active participation in community team safety and risk management initiatives and adherence to occupational health standards. Continuous engagement in training and team-building efforts is critical to success, along with compliance with certifications such as Food Safety, CPR, First Aid, and ServeSafe. Sunrise offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that supports work-life balance and growth, including medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
