Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Willingness to adhere to hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is an asset

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
  • Master the menu by learning details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
  • Serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly
  • Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
  • Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
